This Manual is the EPAP PLAN, and is distributed to all Sun Lakes residents. The Manual describes all elements of the Plan, and explains the functional elements of the Organization. This Manual is approved by the EPAP Executive Team, Sun Lakes HOA Board of Directors, and District Delegate Assembly.
